Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure execution.
• Supervise staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crew.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays.
• Perform weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise resets.
