Responsibilities

• Management: supervise store crews, coordinate with store management and drive store execution.
• Customer Service: assist customers, handle questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture and protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventories according to promotions and seasonal needs.
