Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold service standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, and smooth operations within a CVS/pharmacy environment. Eligibility includes a flexible schedule and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; able to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews; supervise activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventories, reset departments following POGs.
