Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and executing store operations. The role leads staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening and closing tasks are completed and customer needs are addressed with care.

The position emphasizes effective communication, merchandising, and adherence to CVS policies, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager or supervisor.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints to promote CVS customer service.
• Price, stock, display and inventory management for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
