Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in achieving store execution and performance while enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service. When managers are unavailable, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The role requires a HS diploma, flexible scheduling, and strong communication and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate activities

• Assist customers and resolve complaints
