Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will lead the team to uphold brand standards while ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and a clean, safe dining environment.

You will receive on-the-job training for leadership skills and may assume other hourly duties as needed. A high-energy, reliable candidate with strong communication and supervisory abilities is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise a team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and food quality standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to support staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Oversee cleanliness, food quality and service standards during shifts.
• May take on other hourly roles as needed and be scheduled based on restaurant needs.
