Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You’ll model our values, lead team members, and protect product quality and cleanliness while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and a readiness to work opening or closing shifts on weekends and holidays. Serv Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Willingness to supervise peers and lead by example.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand and standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and speed.
• May perform other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant needs.
