Red Robin is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor in Indiana to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold our brand standards, lead guest interactions, and drive profits while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness.

The position offers growth opportunities, flexible hours, and potential cross-training in other hourly roles as needed. Candidates should be 21+, with restaurant experience and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin and Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization
• Lead guest interactions with a focus on service, quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Coordinate on-the-job training for team members and leadership growth
• May work in this role as well as other hourly roles as scheduled based on restaurant needs
