Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train, mentor, and supervise team members while ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity with ability to supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Energetic, self-motivated, dependable
• Good oral and written communication, leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts
• Act as ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits
• Resolve guest issues and optimize product quality and restaurant cleanliness
