Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in restaurant/retail/customer service preferred.
• 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

• Train and support the team by reinforcing food safety practices and coaching crew members.
• Oversee daily operations, including setting up registers, prep, and opening/closing duties.
• Deliver excellence by collaborating with management to meet quality, safety, and service standards.
• Lead by example by supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks.
• Address customer feedback and operational challenges professionally.
