Job summary

Wendy’s - Yellow Cab Holdings is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and support a high-performing team. You’ll train crew members, oversee opening and closing duties, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires at least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service setting with supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to travel to different locations. ServSafe certification during training is available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months supervisory experience preferred).
• Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Train and support your team by coaching crew members and reinforcing food safety.
• Oversee daily operations, set up registers, prepare for shifts, and ensure openings/closings.
• Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards.
• Lead by example, supervising and delegating tasks to create an efficient environment.
• Address customer feedback and operational challenges professionally.
