Job summary

WENDY’S - YELLOW CAB HOLDINGS is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, train and support the team, and ensure outstanding food safety and guest experiences. You will help manage opening and closing duties and mentor crew to uphold Wendy’s standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a relevant setting, with supervisory experience preferred, and ServSafe certification during training. Flexibility for various shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role; 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Train and support your team; reinforce food safety practices and coach crew members.
• Oversee daily operations; set up registers, prepare for busy shifts, ensure readiness to open/close.
• Lead by example; supervise, coordinate, and delegate tasks to maintain a productive environment.
• Address customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and care.
