You will oversee opening/closing, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborate with management to uphold service quality. Prior supervisory experience and ServSafe training are assets for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles; supervisory exp preferred.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Train and support your team, coaching crew members to follow food safety practices.
• Oversee daily operations, set up registers, prepare for shifts, ensure readiness to open/close.
• Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards.
• Lead by example by coordinating tasks and creating an efficient environment.
• Solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism.
