Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza Texas is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for all new hires, program rollouts, and standards in your restaurant. You will be the most senior squad member on shift and ensure the team delivers an outstanding guest experience while upholding MOD values.

You will flex to restaurant needs, lead by example, and drive deployment, coaching, and safety practices while maintaining inventory and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coaching with empathy.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, ensuring the right squad member is in the right place.
• Train new hires and support new programs.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Enforce food safety standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address guest and squad concerns and escalate when needed.
• Handle cash within the shift accurately and responsibly.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow shift checklists and use available tools to execute tasks.
• Stay updated on communications from MOD and related sources.
