Responsibilities include carrying out opening and closing procedures, guiding the store crew, resolving customer service issues, completing mandatory regulatory trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.

Formación

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or GED).
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• 2+ years of experience in a related position preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.

• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
