Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead in the absence of store management in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee opening and closing tasks, assign and direct crew activities, and act as the management representative in customer issues.

You will also ensure completion of mandatory and regulatory training and perform other duties as assigned, supporting a smooth daily operation. This role is on-site in the New York area and involves standard retail supervision

Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
