• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
