Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older per local law.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months of supervisory or training experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant by following checklists.
• Ensure profitability through sales, labor costs and waste control.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure all Team Members adhere to rules and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests.
• Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow-up.
