Peter Piper Pizza in Tucson, AZ, part of CEC Entertainment, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help uphold our hospitality standards and coach Team Members toward exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, supervising staff, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and ensuring profitability through labor and waste control while delivering quality meals.

Formación

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to serve alcohol where applicable.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months supervisory or training experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the restaurant following checklists.
• Supervise staff to ensure guest hospitality and quality service.
• Maintain safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Coach and develop Team Members and Leads.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across shifts.
• Monitor labor costs and food waste to support profitability.
