Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team on shift, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. The role includes responsibility for training, cash and inventory controls, and delivering high service standards.

The Shift Manager works with management to meet service, operational and financial goals while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Familiarity with cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Able to drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during shifts.
• Maintain accountability for restaurant operations when management is absent.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction on all shifts.
