Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across our locations. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have cash handling and customer service experience, plus leadership skills to motivate a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and supervise team members.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately and in line with policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and uphold brand standards.
