Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new hires and monitor cash handling policies, helping deliver a smooth guest experience.

You’ll open, run, and close shifts, manage POS transactions, stock and sanitize stations, and actively cross-sell products while maintaining strong knowledge of offerings across the plaza.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies; report issues to leadership.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
