Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.”

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, stocking, dating and temperature checks.
