Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and coordinate front and back of house operations.
• Direct staff, manage performance and staffing levels.
• Address customer service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce sanitation and safety regulations and conduct checks.
• Manage cash operations and prepare shift activity reports.
