Krispy Kreme Lincoln, NE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while delivering a WOW experience for customers. You will oversee an assigned shift and work with shop leadership to support the team.

You will lead hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and tours, and provide outstanding service by valuing every guest's unique identity.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
