Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and support the leadership team. You will drive safety, quality, and speed while guiding a team of hourly associates and assisting with scheduling and training. Excellent guest service and a commitment to inclusivity are essential.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, one year supervising, and strong communication skills. Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
