Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and speed while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests. You will work with the leadership team to support scheduling, training, and team development.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory responsibility, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be 18+ and able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience
• One year of experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A commitment to nurturing an unbiased, equitable culture
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Travel requirements: 0-10%

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster a welcoming culture.
