Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure safety, quality, and speed of service. You’ll oversee an assigned shift, train and guide Team Members, and partner with shop leadership to deliver a WOW guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service for safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
