Krispy Kreme seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and support the leadership team in delivering a WOW experience for customers. You will guide a high-performance hourly team, optimize service flow, and partner with management on scheduling, onboarding, and training.

The role emphasizes safe, clean, rapid service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, with a focus on equitable teamwork and effective communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10% requirement.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture.
