Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead team members, ensure food quality, guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards while creating a fun, safe dining environment.

You may also cover other hourly roles as needed. The role requires strong leadership, reliable transportation, and a passion for hospitality; Serv Safe is preferred, and candidates should be at least 21 with 1 year

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
