Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensure guest satisfaction, supervise peers, and help maximize profits while upholding cleanliness and food quality standards.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and flexibility to cover openings, closings, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate leadership and guest satisfaction focus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts under management supervision.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin and uphold brand equity standards.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and optimize profit while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Possess flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays; supervise peers when assigned.
