Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management, while training for leadership growth. You will uphold brand standards, resolve guest issues, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and a passion for service. The role may include other hourly duties and requires flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
