Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Commerce City, CO, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, manage cash handling, and uphold brand standards.

You will train new team members, follow food safety and company policies, operate POS, and assist with opening and closing tasks. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; prior leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to interact with the public in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle cash according to policies.
• Maintain proper food handling: wrapping, dating, stocking, storing, and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety procedures.
