Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety practices. The role includes training new hires and enforcing cash handling procedures.

The candidate will manage opening/closing, operate POS, and maintain product quality while cross-selling and upholding company policies. This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service is required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Train new team members and monitor compliance with policies.
