Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards and food safety practices.

You will train new hires, manage cash handling, operate the POS system, and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed accurately. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with policies.
• Operate POS, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling and labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist with training of new team members and adherence to brand standards.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns and perform other tasks as assigned.
