MOD Pizza is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead our Squad Crew in delivering high-quality pizzas and salads with a personal touch. You will model MOD values, mentor supervisors, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll oversee pizza production for diverse types, from veggie to pepperoni and plant-based options, while fostering inclusion and belonging for all employees. Join a culture where leadership fosters growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors with a service mindset through effective leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and maintain a positive shift atmosphere.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for store tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
