Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the store's crew.
• Coordinate with store management and crews; communicate effectively up and down the chain.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays and inventory.
