Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution and customer service. You will lead the staff when managers are off-site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed efficiently.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time position with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew and direct activities; communicate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; ensure displays are set, signed, and inventory is accurate.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
