CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. The role involves stepping in when managers are not on site and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed as required.

The Shift Supervisor will lead the store staff, supervise activities, communicate with management, assist customers, and help maintain merchandising standards and a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, OT as needed.
