CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to supervise. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends is essential; prior retail supervisory experience

• Must have advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and responding to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
