Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team and support the CVS Store Management in driving store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service.

In this full-time role, you will supervise staff, open/close the store, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining merchandising, stock, and daily displays. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
