Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, and maintains smooth store operations.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical thinking, and superior communication and supervisory abilities, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate essential information effectively to management and staff.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure quality customer experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotional displays.
• Reset departments following plans and ensure on-shelf maintenance.
