Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a diligent Shift Leader to supervise a restaurant shift, ensuring food safety, proper food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. The role includes cashier or cook duties while supervising staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will train newer crew, manage inventory, and ensure policies are followed. Open/close duties, team motivation, and quick, effective issue resolution are required throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Greets guests and maintains high service standards.
• Trains new crew members and oversees tasks.
• Controls inventory and ensures store policies are followed.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
• Opens/closes the restaurant and manages shift hours.
• Motivates and manages crew members and scheduling.
• Ensures accurate order packaging and timely service.
• Assists other positions as needed and keeps kitchen/dining area clean.
