Wingstop is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. The role includes stepping into cashier or cook duties while guiding staff and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will train newer crew, manage inventories, and coordinate breaks and closing procedures to maintain a smooth, high-energy shift. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience supervising a fast-paced team preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage busy shifts and coordinate tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor crew members during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, hospitality, and safety standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage staffing during peak hours.
• Handle cash and daily reconciliation as needed.
