Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant activities on duty and work with the management team to support the business plan. You will supervise teammates, ensure policy compliance, greet guests, take orders, and help maintain a clean, safe operation.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead, supervise teammates and monitor performance to ensure compliance.
• Greet guests, record orders and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned by management.
• Train new and current Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Follow the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills and duties.
• Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance and time off.
• Assign duties based on role and skill level and supervise daily operations.
• Communicate performance issues to Restaurant Management and provide feedback.
