Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. The role ensures adherence to company standards, directs staff, and maintains high customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

You will work with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure quality food, service, and compliance with labor laws. A fast-paced environment requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• FMP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members in proper operations and customer service standards.
• Schedule staff and adjust hours to match labor with sales.
• Oversee food preparation, portions, presentation, and consistent flavors.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints.
