Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a supervisory leader to cover shifts in the absence of store management. You will supervise the crew, assign tasks, and ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out smoothly.

You must uphold brand standards, safety rules, and excellent customer service during every shift. You may represent management when resolving customer service issues, complete all mandatory and regulatory training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED (enrolled acceptable).
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Fulfill duties of a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up of activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
