Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Portland, OR is seeking a Shift Leader to provide hourly management coverage, supervise operations, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and lead by example on service standards.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, keep the restaurant clean, assist with food prep, restock supplies, and help with opening and closing tasks while coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months in a shift supervisory role preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication, hygiene, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
