Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Hourly Manager to serve as the first contact for guests and vendors in our gaming cafes. This role mentors staff, leads daily operations across locations, and ensures exceptional service and a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous management and customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable form of transportation required.
• Able to operate a touch-sensitive POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store during each scheduled shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
• Schedule interviews and write bi-weekly rosters for staff; manage shift changes.
• Inventory and ordering of food, liquor, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Train and develop new and existing employees on guest service host responsibilities.
