Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and ensures products meet quality standards.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits.
• Provides ongoing coaching to crew on customer service, product quality and speed of service.
• Assists with cash procedures incl. deposits, making change, and cash-out processes.
• Oversees daily inventory, shift handoffs and control sheets.
• Monitors facility readiness and equipment readiness.
• Oversees daily food prep, order fulfillment and bottleneck resolution to improve SWS.
• Provides training for crew in Learning Zone.
